Art for Health and Well Being
Open Skies Studio is a creative retreat , tucked away near the Cleddau Estuary, overlooking green fields and changing skies, about a mile from the village of Cosheston in Pembrokeshire.
From here I offer a range of adult and children’s art and craft sessions, all designed with fun, creativity and escapism in mind.
With a background in teaching adult learning and further education, I offer a range of sessions that encourage relaxation, positive self esteem and mental and emotional well being.
Sessions are available at the studio, either on a one-to-one basis, or for up to 4 persons at a time.
Sessions can also be arranged for larger groups, for up to 15-20 participants, at a venue of your choice; workplace, school, community hall, festival for example.
‘Travelling’ sessions can be arranged at your chosen venue, with a range of projects available to get you inspired.
Feel free to contact me for further information, advice and prices.

Sample Party Prices
Craft parties can be tailored to suit your needs and the birthday child’s interests.
I offer a travelling session, so a session can be arranged either at a venue of your choice, or if you’re happy to do so, I can come to your home.
Prices depend on the craft/make involved and are between £4.50 & £9 per head.
The only other cost involved is teaching time, set up & set down @£25 per hour.
Craft projects are designed to take an hour and a half, with half an hour either side allocated to set up, set down. The extra hour incorporates my travel too.
For example; 1.5 hrs make, plus 1 hr set up etc. = £62.50
8 children x £6 = £48 (Based upon a clay craft session)
Total numbers would depend on the venue, but l can cater for up to 25 participants, with the recommended age range between 5-16 years.
Projects range from clay, fabric, printing, painting etc and can be designed with a particular theme in mind. For example: Harry Potter, Unicorns, Fairies, Rainbows, Animals, Easter, Halloween etc.
